You are so right — there are many of us out there more than willing to take time out of our very busy day to help others in need, with or without any return. It’s our version of ‘paying it forward’ I guess. Many others charge for every bit of advice they give and make quite a lucrative living do so, and show off on their websites their exotic cars and photos of their latest vacations.
Kudos for standing up for yourself, and double kudos for continuing to put yourself out there to help others. It all comes back to you, it’s about the karma….

Internet Marketing Mom March 24, 2008 at 12:45 pm: Over the top? I think not. In fact, I think you were quite kind. It takes a LOT to get a positive reputation and to be known around the blogosphere. Today’s web 2.0 world can change your reputation in an instant. You know, the way we hope it works online ~ 1 person tells 1 person who, you know how it goes. It can work against you the same way.

I absolutely commend you for being who you are, Lord knows you’ve answered my “stupid questions” and helped me out in the past. Don’t stop being who you are, just make sure you keep your name on google alerts so you can nip these kinds of things in the bud.

This article cannot hold any weight until we at least no this site/blog is by real people. By the way, the squidoo route is pretty tough. To get ranked you have to have a little luck as a newbie. Practice makes perfect!!! I don’t think it can be done in 7 days unless your already adept in online marketing.
Sue October 4, 2009 at 2:58 pm: I’m in on this post waaaaaaaaaaaay late I know but I’m new. I cannot figure out how to get to the url to add my paypal address on the 7dollaroffers.com site. Some of the products don’t show a url at all. Can you give a dummy a 1-2-3?
