My Clickbank Earnings – With PROOF

by PotPieGirl on September 3, 2008 · 30 comments

Many of you that have followed me here on PotPieGirl.com for any length of time know that I seriously detest Clickbank account screen shots. I can’t remember ANY job I’ve had where in order to do better, I had to flash my bank account statement…lol! However, life here in the online marketing world is different. In order for folks to trust you, follow you, and yes, buy from you – one needs to show proof that she IS making money with Clickbank and other online sources. So, let’s take a look inside my Clickbank account today.

What Is It About Earnings Screen Shots?

As I’ve been working on my One Week Marketing Action Plan, I’ve had to seriously reconsider my stance on showing the inside of my affiliate and earnings accounts. Yes, I still think it is flashy and hypey… but will anyone buy from me if I can’t visually prove that what I am teaching DOES make money?

There is something magical about Clickbank earnings proof on a sales page, isn’t there? It initiates all these emotions of jealousy, and awe….and a really strong desire to have a Clickbank account just like THAT one you are looking at.

Wow, what would life be like if YOU made money like that, too???

So, you know what? I’ve worked hard – really, really hard. I make good money now. I practice what I preach…and what I am selling at OneWeekMarketing.com really DOES work.

I can tell people that until I am blue in the face. *I* am proof that it all works… me!

But, the only thing that will really get anyones attention….and drive them down to that “Buy Now” button is this:

As you can see, that screen shot was taken just a little bit ago. You can also see that this is a current screen shot from my Clickbank account.

So, there you have it.

What’s It Like To Make THAT Much Money Online Each Day?

The earnings from my Clickbank account alone have completely and totally changed my life. Not just MY life, but the life of my family, too.

Options we never thought possible are now VERY possible.

We can now afford vacations, college…and lots of really cool toys.

I NEVER stress anymore when at the grocery store about spending too much…. even a simple trip to the mailbox to get our bills is stress-free.

Life is great…. and I want others to live like this, too.

That is why I can’t WAIT to get my One Week Marketing Action Plan on the Clickbank market. No, not so I can make MORE money – obviously, I have plenty of that already – but to help OTHERS get to making money like this.

All it takes is following my simple weekly action plan – and you are off and running to having a Clickbank account just like that of YOUR OWN.

So, now let me ask you something….

How do you feel right now? Are you interested in One Week Marketing? Do you want to get our hands on that simple weekly marketing plan that will get YOU earnings like that?

Think I would make sales?

Sadly, I would….. and I’d be the biggest liar in history.

I might end up being a very RICH liar…but still a liar none-the-less.

Folks, I am a tech-IDIOT. I can barely make graphics that are even kinda good. But guess what? I managed to edit my Clickbank screen shot up there in about 2 MINUTES.

It is sadly VERY VERY easy to do.

Do not fall for the emotional response a earnings screen shot gives you when deciding whether or not to buy an online marketing aid or system. Emotional triggers will send your credit card WAY over its spending limit before you even know what happened to you.

Know what else is really sad?

There are plenty of ethical marketers working online that ARE honest. Yes, people like me. I DO follow my own One Week Marketing Action Plan….and it DOES work. And, quite frankly, I am REALLY proud of my REAL Clickbank account.

However, it does NOT look like the one above. Well, not quite yet, anyway =)

How To Make Millions On Clickbank In MINUTES

Ok, naturally everyone wants to know HOW I did that. No, I didn’t use PhotoShop or anything like that.

Here is the YouTube video that is available for all to see. The narrator is bit hard to understand, but the entire ‘instructions’ last about a minute and a half.

Be careful what you believe. Be careful of those little emotional triggers that cause you to enter your credit card number or PayPal id without serious thought.

I’m telling ya…. If *I* can do this in mere minutes… ANYONE can do this.

So, will we see a screen shot of MY REAL Clickbank earnings on the One Week Marketing sales page? Maybe… Still undecided.

OK PotPieGirl!

You Got Me!!

I was starting to feel a little discouraged!! lol

Great point. It is much better to “know” someone and who they are instead of just paying attention to the screen shots on the sales page. That’s what that page is there to do, sell you, no matter what!

It seems to me as more people like you and me and some others I can think of keep coming to the forefront with non hyped sales pages, and quality products it can change the internet marketing world. :D

Whatever happened to being honest and underpromising and overdelivering??

Can’t wait to see One Week Marketing!

Jackie

I figured that image would get some attention, Jackie ;)

Thing is, those images are SO SO SO powerful…even when they are lies…..

We need to be careful.

Are you making this per day?

Linette September 3, 2008 at 10:43 pm

All I could say was WOW when I watched how simple it was to edit your Clikcbank numbers. The sad part is there are many out there who would do that and not even think twice.

I don’t often buy “guru” products unless I’m familiar with the name (and impressed by them otherwise), although I have bought one or two things you’ve recommended here:-)

Hi, let’s get this party started!!!:) I am ready to go forward!!

TigerTom September 4, 2008 at 6:50 pm

My only problem with CB is I wouldn’t buy any of the products advertised, nor would I recommend them to my friends. I’m very envious of their affiliate system, ‘though. It’s slick.

Joan Adams September 4, 2008 at 8:40 pm

You got me! I had been excited a month ago about reaching $50 a day, in fact that would still be nice!
I must not be picking the right click bank products! lol
Tho I have sold my first two products! So forward ho!
But Yes, I appreciate and count on your honesty!! That’s why I follow you! I know PotPie Girl will always “tell it like it is”. I thank you for that!

I agree with the commenter – finding good products on CB is an issue. I know I can trust products written by Pat O’Bryan or Joe Vitale or Kate Loving Shenk. Other than that, I get tired of clicking and looking out there and finding junk. Do you have any suggestions for us about that?

Great information, Jennifer! It’s sad that people do that, and I appreciate knowing better, now!

jeeezzzzusss……I’m just blown away!!! I’ve never heard of numbers like this.

You obviously know how to play this game!

Jon September 6, 2008 at 4:08 pm

Wow, congratulations those are impressive figures – and it must be very satisying when all your hard work pays off!

Yes, it is a bit weird having to post your earnings… but I guess it’s the ultimate testimonial

Cheers, Jon

ian September 9, 2008 at 4:58 am

Hi Jennifer –

I just checked in to read how you were doing – and was VERY impressed for 5 paragraphs..:-)

Great video – although, just remember….people who REALLY do that can go to jail ( and some have – the FTC is pretty vigilant about that sort of stuff if they get complaints – remember the real estate couple from the 2am infomercials years back..the McCorckles? They’ve been in club fed for 15 years plus for the very same thing – a terrible example of over punishment – but true none the less)

BTW – it appears like several of your commenters ONLY read the top and NOT the punchline – which is sort of ironically funny as well! ( and speaks to the same problem, don’t you think?)

Have fun..:-)

You are darn right that those images are powerful. Some people missed the part where you said it was faked, and went straight to commenting and believing it was real.

Can’t blame them though. When I saw the numbers I was going to shoot off a comment right away saying something like, “I HAD NO FREAKIN’ CLUE YOU MADE THAT MUCH… TEACH ME OF YOUR WAYS MASTER OF THE INTERNET!”

& then I’d probably throw my money at you.

But embarrassment averted. Thank goodness I read your post all the way through.

That´s the first time i come to this blog. I really like it. Congrats, keep on going!

nice find PotPieGirl, good thing you’re honest. In fact that’s why you ARE gonna be making those numbers for real soon enough.I’d bet on it.Go you

Chic Nicola September 11, 2008 at 1:44 pm

Hi PotPieGirl – I found you via the comment you left on Court’s blog (about how his site is often frozen), and I really enjoyed this post of yours.

You’ve shown us two things – how Clickbank earnings can be faked and how people get so excited at the prospect of big money they don’t even bother to finish reading the post.

You’ve gained a new RSS subscriber.

hypotheek September 11, 2008 at 4:33 pm

Just like faking your Adsense earnings!

Syd September 15, 2008 at 11:50 pm

I want PROOF that the video showing you how to fake proof is real.

Whatever.

The proof, as George Clinton once said, is in the pudding.

Do right, make money, move on.

If you’re worth trusting, people will listen–screencaps or earnings or not.

Wow! This is a really great post. Once I got past that picture of all that money I was amazed at how easy it is to do that.

Thanks!

Hi,
This is great. I would like to ask you to help me, a beginer, to be able to build my online affiliate business. Let me hear from you soon.

Noel February 24, 2009 at 6:10 pm

Oh my! Wow, I can’t believe that faking those shots is THAT easy. I always thought it was a matter of great lengths to go through the trouble of photoshop and all that jazz. I never believe any of those screen shots….though they do entice a reader. With the information that you give people for “FREE”, you SHOULD be making those figures for REAL. You are definitely a gem!

Oh, I noticed that you have a screen shot on OWM’s salepage. Shall I ask if that is real??? LOL!

BTW – I bought that guide not because of that screenshot, but because of all the members talking so highly of it in the WA forum!

Catherina April 16, 2009 at 10:10 am

Wow that’s very impressive! Your One Week Marketing Plan is on my shopping list.

aaron September 2, 2009 at 11:34 am

Nice fake screenshot, took me 5 seconds to know.

Compare sep01 and sep03 earnings and earnings bar… BUSTED!!!

ryan November 4, 2009 at 9:04 pm

you can so tell that first screen shot is fake. I can tell several things but the biggie is that clickbank uses commas to seperate thousands.

she has: $2345.87

it would show: $2,345.87
