Nope, *I* don’t pick which blogs rank where – the program does 
As you can see, factors include (but are not limited to) the Page Rank, the Technorati Authority, and the Alexa rank of the Squidoo blogs.
Not only is this list an excellent resource for those searching for quality information about Squidoo, it is also a great way to track progress of YOUR Squidoo blog and see how it stacks up in this niche.

How Do Blogs Get Added To This List?
Easy! If you have, or know of, a Squidoo-related blog that is a quality resource for Squidoo users – let me know!
What Is a “Quality Resource”
I will only accept blogs that:
1 – Give helpful hints and tips for Squidoo lensmasters
2 – Talk of the experience of BEING a Squidoo lensmaster
3 – Promote and educate others about the Squidoo community
No sales pages – no junk sites – no exceptions. (sorry, no lenses, either – only blogs)
I will manually review all submitted blogs. If I have to spend more than 2 minutes on the blog to find information about Squidoo, the blog will not be added to this Top Squidoo Blogs List.
I’m sorry, but this is not a democracy…lol.
I want to offer readers to PotPieGirl.com the best resources to assist with their lens-making as possible. There are SO many fantastic resource blogs out there for us – let’s get ‘em all in one place!
I also want to give YOU, the blogger, some extra exposure that you greatly deserve.

To Add a Squidoo Blog To This List
Email me at potpiegirl (at) potpieworld (dot)com
Put – “Please Add My Squidoo Blog” as the email subject.
Give me the title of the blog and the url of the blog.
(note: doing any of these things differently could delay the addition of your blog)
I will then take a look at your blog and add it to this list. Please allow at least 48 hours for your blog to appear. It can take a while for the script to get it all situated. If you see N/A next to your blog, don’t freak…. just give it some time to “take”.
Ok, that’s it. Can’t wait to see how this list grows and grows AND to see all the great Squidoo blogs out there!

The LOTD blog is listed below my two blogs – despite having an enormously low (is good) alexa rating (I guess that’s squidoo’s alexa rating) and a pr6. Whereas my two squidtop blogs won’t be accepted by technorati for some reasons. (too many links to squidoo maybe?)
