I just would want to comment a little on your “I can’t outsource ME” comment because I think you might be able to do just that (sort of).

Surely you can’t outsource YOU but if you’re totally honest about it how many of those emails will actually require YOU? I bet that 95% could be answered by any competent support employee. Am I wrong?

And especially if you’re going to answer all the questions in blog posts then you’ll soon have 99% of the questions online and any support representative will be able to guide a reader to that post.

Finally I know that you probably enjoy answering the emails (from a personal perspective) but I am curious what you get out of it from a business perspective?
