Maybe this is a little off topic, but I was just wondering if google apply the same principals with backlinks when it comes to youtube videos?

Does anyone know? I would appreciate any honest feedback about this.

I assumed as such, and have even tested a bit but have not been testing long enough to call it a real thing. Thanks for the insight. I also am starting to like the added bonus to Google ranking from my Pins. Your techniques have raised the bar for me on the Pinterest side of things. I am already seeing results.
