My hubby loves… and I mean, L-O-V-E-S peanut butter pie. In fact, he loves all desserts, cookies, candy and sweet treats that have peanut butter in them.
While he’s not getting tired of my same ol same ol’ peanut butter pie, I am – I want something new to make with peanut butter to change things up a bit.
And wowzers, did I find some wonderful and drool-worthy recipes to try!
I even found some healthy peanut butter desserts, gluten-free and low calorie options too (but let’s be honest, that is NOT what the man wants haha!)
But I might be able to sneak them in here and there – ya know, when he starts mumbling about his pants “shrinking” in the dryer (hmmmm….)

Mercy these are good!!!! I made them last night and we just ate them for an office birthday! So easy to make too. And the parchment paper…. Brilliant idea.
Beware tho… They are RICH!!!! A small piece goes a long way! I was worried I was cutting them into too small of pieces, but they could have been smaller!!
