Also worth noting…
There are a LOT of cool cooking hacks shown in various videos below – be sure to make note of them!

Crockpot BBQ Ranch Sausage
I am fascinated by the hack to cook the corn, baked potatoes AND the sausage ALL in the slow cooker at one time!
Sheet Pan Quesadillas
My family LOVES these things – thankfully they’re super easy to make!
Crockpot Chicken Stuffing
I make this crockpot chicken and stuffing quite often. REALLY easy to throw together.
One tip I’ve learned tho – might wanna double up on the stuffing mixture – they’re never seems to be enough.
1 Pan Potato, Corn, & Ham
I’m not a HUGE fan of canned potatoes, but boy, this recipe sure comes in handy when I’ve had a LONG day.
This recipe below is how I prefer to make a quick ham and potatoes dinner:
Ham Potatoes Sheet Pan
The recipe says to cook for 25 minutes, but I always seem to need another 10-ish minutes for my potatoes to get done. Might be MY oven, not sure – but worth noting.
Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
This casserole is SO darn YUMMY! Absolutely a must make!
Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole
Another family favorite casserole.
Creamy Swiss Beef Chunks
Love making this simple crockpot dump meal! I tend to use Golden mushroom soup in this recipe tho (we think it tastes better).
Lazy Chicken Soup
As an extra lazy hack for this lazy chicken noodle soup recipe… I buy those frozen pre-diced up veggies in a bag – ain’t nobody got time for all that slicin’ and dicin’ on those OVER busy days haha!
Chicken Crescent Bake
Really, really good. The “hardest” part is rolling the crescents.
Crockpot Creamy Beef and Noodles
Very easy to dump and go and the meat is CRAZY tender… AND, if you use crockpot liners, clean up is super simple!
Big Mac Casserole
If you love a good Big Mac from McDonalds, you will LOVE this casserole!
Crockpot Potato Soup
If I’m doing her recipe correctly, this is the recipe:
32 oz hash browns, 32 oz chicken broth, 10 oz cream of chicken, 1 block cream cheese, 2 cup cheddar cheese, and one bag of bacon bits. (note, I only use one packet of ranch… using 2 makes it a bit too salty for me).
Cook for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
Air Fryer Hammy Sammies
I don’t know what these little ham and cheese biscuits are actually called, but that’s what the kids call these things… and they LOVE them!
Oven Hamburger Steaks
I usually only use one pound of ground beef (which makes 4 patties) and then bake in an 8×8 casserole dish unless there’s more faces at the dinner table or I’m wanting to have leftovers.
Crockpot Chicken and Gravy
This crockpot chicken is an absolute winner in this house! And, it’s serious comfort food!
Crockpot Cube Steak and Gravy
Is it cube steak or cubed steak? Either way, super easy and very yummy slow cooker meal!
Chicken and Rice Casserole
The Knorr rice makes this chicken casserole super tasty!
Frito Pie Casserole
I’ve made this recipe with Doritos too – really good.
Creamy Chicken Pasta
28oz jar Rao’s Marinara Sauce
15oz jar Rao’s Alfredo Sauce
3-4 chicken breasts
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Red pepper flakes
Oregano or Italian seasoning.
Cook 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
Shred chicken when done
Boil water & cook your favorite pasta
Mix cooked pasta into crockpot mix
Top with mozzarella cheese and cook an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
One Pot Sausage Pasta
This sausage pasta is very good – but I’ll tell ya a secret.
When I’m in a BIG hurry to make dinner, I make 2 boxes of Velveeta Shells and Cheese. Slice up some Kielbasa sausage and brown it in a skillet.
Then toss the sausage in the Shells and Cheese… and mix up.
The littles LOVE it.
