10 Easy Things To Bring To A Potluck
Need cheap and easy potluck ideas? Oh, I feel ya!
An upcoming potluck event used to be a HUGE stress for me – what should I bring? If you’re like me, you want something fast and EASY, am I right? haha!
Whether it’s a work gathering or a church social, bringing a prize-winning dish that impresses the crowd is always the goal – bringing home leftovers is NOT an option (in fact, it’s an insult to me – that means no one liked my dish haha!).
From potluck favorites like impressive potluck casserole dishes to popular potluck salad dishes, there’s an overwhelming amount of easy things to bring!
I’ve narrowed it down to TEN good things to bring that are both easy potluck dishes for work to prepare and guaranteed to impress (even at a church supper!)
One of my go-to favorite simple potluck dishes is the good ol’ classic Hashbrown Casserole (called Funeral Potatoes down here in the South).
It’s comfort food at it’s finest with a blend of shredded potatoes, creamy sauce, and melted cheese, baked to golden cheesy perfection.
Not only is it budget-friendly, but it also feeds a crowd and can be prepared ahead of time.
Plus, it’s always a hit (I’ve yet to bring home leftovers – that means it’s a winner!)
I’ve also made Crockpot Chicken and Noodles (only 5 ingredients!) – and it’s always good (especially for winter Wednesday night suppers at church).
I love that you can dump the ingredients then set it and forget it – but it’s definitely not something to make last minute.
