Today... I'm going to share with you the tools - the shortcuts - I use to find low-competition niche keywords for my mini niche sites and how I get the best back links to make my sites rank well and STAY ranking well.


Keyword Research - It all starts here

Doing the proper keyword research for your tiny niche sites BEFORE you even buy a domain name is SOOOOOOO important. This is not something you want to waste your time and money on by guessing that a niche will do well - you want to know as much as you can BEFORE you spend your time or money (or at least *I* do...lol)


However, doing the proper research by hand can take a LONG time. Yes, it can be done for free, but having the right tool can make all the difference in the world. I don't like to waste my time and I DO like having as much done FOR me that I possibly can.

That's why I LOVE my keyword tool!


It does everything FOR me and tells me the things I want to know because I know I NEED to know them.


Best thing is, my favorite keyword tool for niche sites was always great - but a new version was just released and now its really, really Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat!

Good Back Links Are NOT Difficult To Get. You just need to understand how they work, what makes a GOOD back link, and have a resource to get them from.

Now that we've found a niche and some keywords for it that we know we can rank for, it's time to get to making the site and getting it ranking.

First we need content, and if you took advantage of the free training I mentioned above, you just had a peek at a site that really helps me get free unique content automatically posted to my niche blogs. ;)

Yup, you heard me right - sometimes I take shortcuts and one of them is getting free unique content automatically posted on my sites that it will work on.

Or, I'll set a new site up with these auto-posts to get Google to love me and get them running back each time I post.

However, many times I put unique content on my sites. They aren't that big, and it's really not hard to write a few hundred words on a topic. You don't have to worry about getting approved or anything - it's YOUR SITE =)

Regardless of how I get the content on my site, the next step is crucial and needs to be done properly, effectively, and easily (yes, "easy" is a requirement for me...lol).

In-content links from a variety of websites is super important - and when you went and got that free training, you found how I get them.

That program kicks butt - seriously, it is awesome! I've been allowed to go all through it and it is, by far, the best service like it out there. Heck, it will even keep track of your rankings!!!

That article marketing program is like an "all-in-one" service for me. Between my keyword tool and my article marketing tool - I have all I need to really kick it with my tiny niche sites.

Those two things are my shortcuts to success with niche sites. Finding the right niches and getting good back links is what it's all about.

After checking it all out, I bet you'll see why these tiny niche sites can be so profitable when they are done properly. At worst, they generate some passive income for you month after month - and at best, they are each an asset that you can sell.

I've sold these little sites that have a little bit of traffic and revenue sell for a good profit.

It's kind of amazing that I can spend $9 or so on a domain name, build out a few pages of content, monetize it lightly, get it ranking, and then let it age for a bit...

and then SELL it for a couple hundred bucks!

If you could put $9 into a site and some time and then sell it for a couple HUNDRED bucks (or more) - how many sites would YOU build?

If you're like me, you build a LOT of them  ;)

They're assets... they will never do me wrong...they will always be valuable.

So - How Did *I* Learn How to Buy and Sell Websites?

There is one person I trust to learn about buying and selling websites from.  His name is Ryan and I've learned all I know from him.

The website marketplace can be kind of tricky and really confusing if you don't know what you're doing, what to look for, how to present things, and ALL that.

Once I let Ryan teach me, it all became crystal clear and much easier for me.

I've bought sites that from the outside, look like NOTHING...and not worth a dime...and then made some changes and tweaks and turned them into $200+ a month in JUST AdSense revenue.

You get a couple of those sites going and you've got a NICE income online.

And the value of a site that earns $200+ a month in AdSense revenue is HUGE... I could see them for a NICE chunk of change.

The sites are proven earners - that makes them each very valuable both to me AND to others.

Heck, you can buy an entire business that is already going and making money and SKIP all the work it takes to get there...and many times you can buy it for pennies on the dollar.

I am so glad I took the time and let Ryan teach me how all this works =)
